HOI AN ECO COOKING TOUR

Itinerary:
You will be pick up by local guide at the hotel and take you to Hoi An market. At there, you will be select and buy food for cooking class after that. The tour continues from the market directly on to the bamboo basket boat on the canals of the Bay Mau forest. You will be impressed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest and enjoy crabs fishing. You have a chance to learn traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of local fisherman.
After such eco tour activities, you will move to restaurant and participate in cooking class with our chefs within 2 hours. You will be taught how to cook Vietnamese food and share valuable information in Vietnamese cultural cuisine. Then you can enjoy the food made by yourself.
